A roof maintenance subscription is a plan with a monthly fee that includes yearly inspection, cleaning and maintenance of your residential roof at a discounted price. All of our roof maintenance subscription packages include the following:

• Roof Inspection – We will inspect your roof once a year and notify you of any potential problems that we observe.

• Roof Cleaning – We will remove any tree debris accumulated on the roof once per year.

• Roof Maintenance – We will perform yearly maintenance on your roof which includes caulking pipe jacks, securing lifted flashings, repair nail pops, paint rusted metal roof vents & accessories and replace up to 3 missing or damaged shingles.
